I work as an MD, PhD, in the Alrijne Hospital in the Netherlands. I am head of teaching there, and very commited to advancing medical knowledge, especially in the field of CRSwNP. I have participated in several international RCT's (AROMA, ANCHOR, SINUS, Realiti-N) and co-authored many works on diagnostics and treatment processes, including EUFOREA and EPOS guidelines. Furthermore I play a role in several national committees, such as the steering group of the PolyREG. I daily practise I work closely with pulmonologist applying the united airway principle.

​In this presentation I will show the latest real world evidence on the use of biologics in patients with CRSwNP. Furthermore we will look into the future, discuss the latest trial and future perspectives on the use of biologics in CRSwNP.
