Kevin is a New Zealand trained Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon and attained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014, before completing the prestigious Advanced Head and Neck Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital Foundation NHS Trust in the United Kingdom; where he further developed his interests in head and neck surgical oncology, advanced thyroid and parathyroid surgery, complex skin cancers, and minimally invasive salivary gland surgery.

After his fellowship, Kevin worked as a Consultant in the Head and Neck Unit at Guy’s Hospital, before returning to New Zealand. He has a range of research interests, participated in the sentinel lymph node for oral cavity cancer program, and was a co-investigator on a groundbreaking T4 Immunotherapy for Head and Neck Cancer clinical trial.
In addition to holding Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Kevin is Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and current Secretary of the New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He is Clinical Lead for Head & Neck Surgery at North Shore Hospital and represents patients from Waitematā DHB as a member of the multidisciplinary team at the Auckland Head and Neck Cancer MDT.
